This healthy, zesty avocado lime sauce is an easy way to spruce up any dish! It's incredibly versatile and can be used as a salad dressing, a taco bowl topping, a dipping sauce, etc. It basically tastes like a Southwestern ranch dressing, without the processed oils and slew of spooky ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 medium avocado

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 cup filtered water

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/4 tsp chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Add more water as needed until desired consistency is reached.

  3. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 10 days.

Notes:

  • For a plant-based version, swap Kite Hill plain unsweetened yogurt for Greek yogurt.
